DIY subdivision risk: what county review actually catches
County planning offices in Eastern Washington — Grant, Chelan, Kittitas, Adams, Douglas, Yakima, Benton, Franklin, Lincoln — move at different speeds, but they all ask the same underlying questions. Every one of them is a place an AI verdict can miss the mark:
